Who should attend the conference?

The ADE Summit will have a casual atmosphere designed to promote collaboration and discussion. A wide variety of sessions will be offered for teachers, counselors, data entry personnel, finance, maintenance, transportation, and administrators. For this reason, participants are encouraged to attend the conference in teams. The schedule has been set up to allow team members to each experience a variety of topics, with time dedicated at the end of each day to come back together and share.

Will lunch be provided?

Several lunch options will be available on-site for purchase.

  • Food Trucks (across from Hotel Hot Springs parking deck)

Will PD credit be offered?

It is up to district discretion to provide professional development credit, as no certificates will be provided by ADE.

Will any of the sessions be livestreamed?

Select presentations will be livestreamed but not recorded. More details about the livestream feed will become available at a later date.

What is the deadline to register?

May 22, 2020 is the last day for pre-registration. Onsite registration will be available payable by check or money order.

What is the attire for the conference?

Attire for the conference is business casual. Be sure to bring a jacket, sweater, or dress in layered clothing, as temperatures may fluctuate in the meeting rooms.
