All presenters are required to check in at the registration table in the Plaza Lobby of the Hot Springs Convention Center.
The schedule will not be printed, but will be made available online.
Please be mindful of how long your session is scheduled to last and keep in mind that attendees will only have 15 minutes between sessions. If your session is scheduled for more than an hour, it is up to your discretion to give your attendees a break. Be sure to double check your room assignment on the day of your presentation as changes may occur.
Presenters are encouraged to upload presentations and/or handouts to the conference schedule site. More information about Sched Presenter Tools can be found at https://sched.com/support/section/speaker-tools/.
Presenters should plan to host their presentations from the internet, a USB device, or other source. You may use your own device if you prefer. Each presentation room will be provided with a:
Conference Ambassadors will be placed in each hallway of the Hot Springs Convention Center, at the Embassy Suites, and at Hotel Hot Springs. If you experience any technical difficulties, notify an Ambassador and they will contact the tech support team.
