CLICK HERE to access the online schedule. Sched allows presenters to upload a bio and headshot, access their session, and view a list of session participants. The conferece tool will also provide presenters with feedback specific to their sessions. Please be mindful of how long your session is scheduled to last and keep in mind that attendees will only have 15 minutes between sessions.
Presenters are encouraged to upload presentations and/or handouts to the conference schedule site. More information about Sched Presenter Tools can be found at https://sched.com/support/section/speaker-tools/. All handouts and presentation slides should be uploaded by June 8.
All live presentations will be made using Zoom. Presenters will access the same Zoom links as conference participants listed within the online schedule. A facilitator [host] will be placed in each meeting room. If you experience any technical difficulties, notify your room facilitator and they will contact the tech support team.
Presenters will have two opportunities to attend a short training on Zoom tips and feaures.
