State Board of Education Meetings - July 8-9, 2021

WHEN: 10 a.m. July 8, 2021 and 9 a.m. July 9, 2021WHERE: Auditorium, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201
Action agenda items are scheduled for both meeting days. Due to the length of the agendas, some of Thursday's items may be considered on Friday and vice versa.
This will be an onsite meeting with a virtual option for presenters. Individuals critical to the logistical operations of the meeting will be physically present with limited availability for the public. Individuals are encouraged to watch via live stream at https://bit.ly/39EiaSY. There will be limited access to the public to view via livestream in designated areas within the building.
The board will continue to receive written public comment via email and postal mail. To ensure State Board members have sufficient time to review the comments, public comments should be received by 10 a.m. July 7, 2021. Comments can be emailed to ade.commissioner@ade.arkansas.gov or mailed to the Arkansas Department of Education, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, Four Capitol Mall, Room 304-A, Little Rock, AR 72201.
