Pine Bluff Teacher Named Milken Educator

Shalisha Thomas, an art teacher at Pine Bluff School, has received a 2019-2020 Milken Educator Award. Thomas received a $25,000 prize from the Milken Family Foundation at a surprise announcement on February 6, 2020.
