Any revision or amendment of a public charter school may be made only with the approval of the Charter Authorizing Panel. To request a charter amendment, the Charter Amendment Request Form must be submitted to the Charter Office at ade.charterschools@ade.arkansas.gov no later than 35 days prior to the Charter Panel meeting.
