Public Charter School Required Reports

Arkansas Code Annotated § 6-23-107 requires public charter schools to submit the following reports annually to the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education.

•  First Quarter Report – Due October 14
•  Summer Contact Form – Due June 1
•  Student Enrollment and Significant Expansion Form – Due July 2
  (Open-Enrollment Charters Only)
•  Fourth Quarter Report – Due July 10

Report forms should be submitted to ade.charterschools@ade.arkansas.gov
