The Ambassador Academy is a hands-on learning experience for teachers, curriculum coordinators, PLC leaders, and administrators to develop a broader understanding of the tools and services provided through the Office of Research & Technology. The fall Ambassador Academy will be held September 15-16, 2022 in Hot Springs, AR.
Academy training sessions include: Triand, LEA Insights, SmartData Dashboards, My School Info, ADE Data Center, Arkansas Digital Sandbox, Data Privacy & Security, and more!
Attendees who successfully complete the Academy will be provided with a certificate of completion for 10 hours and will be recognized on our website as a Research & Technology Ambassador. View the current list of Ambassadors.

The workshop will be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center.
A courtesy block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Hot Springs with a rate of $103 per night. These rooms will be held on a first come first served basis until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25. Guests will need to make their reservations by phone at 501-624-9200 or by using this direct reservation link.
Free parking will be available to all attendees.
Review the workshop agenda. Participants will have one hour and fifteen minutes to eat lunch on your own.
How to Prepare
Participants will need to bring a laptop to participate in the workshop. Be sure to have your State Active Directory (eSchool) username and password. Review this list and attempt to login to each system prior to the event.
