APSCN Financial Applications
APSCN Financial Applications is the financial management software used by Arkansas public school districts, charter schools, and education service cooperatives for all accounting, and financial record keeping and reporting. The unit has field support staff that provides end-user training and technical support, and help desk staff that provides accounting and technical support. The APSCN website, www.apscn.org provides access to the financial software training documentation, procedural outlines, and various reports to assist schools in making sound financial decisions. The unit is also responsible for maintaining the Arkansas Financial Accounting Handbook to enable uniform coding of revenues and expenditures.
