Cyber Heroes Virtual Camp

The Cyber Heroes Virtual Camp is an online camp running through the month October (Cybersecurity Awareness Month) for Arkansas students in grades 5-12. Presented by the Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education in partnership with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Cyber Arena, the camp consists of four one-hour long learning sessions crafted to introduce students to the world of cybersecurity.

Cyber Heroes Virtual Camp 2021 edition begins on Friday, October 8!

  • After signing up students will receive learning materials for the week through their emails on 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, and 10/29.
  • Students will learn about essential cybersecurity topics including ransomware, the Internet of Things, and cyberbullying.
  • Learning activities include videos, graphic novels, and online games.
  • Students will have until Thursday evening of each following week to review the learning materials and complete that week's email survey.
  • Students who review all four weeks' learning session materials and complete the weekly email surveys will receive a digital certificate of attendance for the camp!
