Educator Effectiveness System for New Observers

This training is for new observers or observers who did not fully utilize the system in 2022-2023.  Attendees will learn to schedule activities, review, and comment on professional growth goals, collect evidence, rate, and provide feedback. No registration is necessary, and all trainings are virtual. Click any of the dates below to access the virtual training. Trainings are repeated and professional development credit is determined by the local educational agency. Who may benefit from attending?
Any observer role with little or no experience utilizing the platform during the 2022-23 school year.
