The ADE Hidden Gem of the Month program is a great way for supervisors and co-workers to recognize innovative ideas from employees and co-workers, build connections between divisions and teams, congratulate employees on their hard work, improve employee relationships, provide a platform for employees to share accomplishments, and create a sense of community within ADE. • Photo and recognition on the ADE intranet
• Name plaque and photo in the main lobby foyer of Arch Ford
• A reserved parking space for 1 month at Arch Ford
