On March 8, 2023, Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed Act 237, known as the Arkansas LEARNS Act, into law. The Arkansas LEARNS Act is bold and comprehensive and will transform education in Arkansas.

Today, the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), in collaboration with a coalition of partners, announced the launch of the #GoBeyondGrades spring and summer campaign. Developed in partnership with Learning Heroes, a national nonprofit focused on building school-home partnerships, the campaign helps families and educators work together to support every Arkansas student in becoming a strong reader.
