On March 8, 2023, Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed Act 237, known as the Arkansas LEARNS Act, into law. The Arkansas LEARNS Act is bold and comprehensive and will transform education in Arkansas.

The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) today launched a redesigned school report card website, giving Arkansas families an easier and clearer way to see how their schools and districts are performing. The new site reflects ADE’s ongoing commitment to transparency and accountability in public education.
