This page highlights special projects within the Arkansas Department of Education. The Arkansas Department of Education and Solution Tree have partnered to develop and expand the PLC at Work™ process within select schools. These sites will serve as working laboratory schools for the PLC at Work process, conducting action research and sharing best practices with other schools throughout the state.

The State Director of Computer Science Education coordinates statewide efforts that support growing the Arkansas Computer Science Initiative. Arkansas is recognized as a national leader in computer science education and is committed to students' long-term success as they progress into technology careers.
