Cassie Adams

Principal, Bragg Elementary School, West Memphis School District

Cassie currently serves as the principal of Bragg Elementary School. She holds an M.S.E. in educational leadership from Arkansas State University and is an AR Master Principal.


Cindy Armstrong

Principal, Harrisburg Middle School, Harrisburg School District

Cindy currently serves as the principal at Harrisburg Middle School. She holds a Ed.S. degree from Arkansas State University.


Mandy Barrett

Principal, Gravette Upper Elementary, Gravette School District

Mandy currently serves as the principal of Gravette Upper Elementary. She holds an Ed.D. degree from Northcentral University and is a Solution Tree Associate for PLC@Work.


Sally Bennett

Superintendent, Rivercrest School District

Sally currently serves as the superintendent of the Rivercrest School District. She holds an Ed.S. degree from Arkansas State University.


Blake Campbell

Junior High Principal, Lakeside School District, Lakeside School District (Garland)

Blake currently serves as the principal of Lakeside Junior High School in Hot Springs. He holds an M.S.E. from Henderson State University.


Robyn Dawson

Principal, Spradling Elementary, Fort Smith Public Schools

Robyn Dawson has 24 years of experience in education. She has a master's and a specialist degree in administration from University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Currently, she is the principal of Spradling Elementary in Fort Smith. In addition to being an educator, she is an active community member as a State Tourism Commissioner and a Fort Smith City Director.


Alicia Dean

Instructional Facilitator, Westside Consolidated School District

Alicia currently serves as the Instructional Facilitator for Westside Elementary School and serves all content areas. She holds a M.S.E. in adult learning and professional development from the University of Arkansas along with an Ed.S. in school leadership from the University of Central Arkansas.


Pam Dean

Principal, Park Avenue Elementary, Stuttgart School District

Pam currently serves as principal of Park Avenue Elementary School. She holds an M.S.E. in educational leadership from Harding University and is a Master Principal.


Mandi Dunlap

Principal, Eastside Elementary, Greenbrier School District

Mandi currently serves as the principal of Eastside Elementary. She holds an Ed.S. degree from Arkansas State University.


Judy Dunmire

District Mathematics Specialist, Camden Fairview School District

Judy currently serves as District Mathematics Specialist for Camden Fairview School District. She is ACTM President-Elect and serves on various committees to serve the needs of Arkansas teachers and teacher leaders. Judy has served as Math Specialist for co-ops and STEM centers, and as High School Lead Specialist in ADE's Professional Development Unit.


Dr. Taryn Echols

Assistant Superintendent, Curriculum & Instruction, Hot Springs School District

Taryn Echols brings 13 years of varied educational experiences and currently serves as assistant superintendent for the Hot Springs School District. She received her master's in educational leadership from Harding University (2011), specialist degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Central Arkansas (2014), and her doctoral degree from Harding University (2020). Taryn also is an adjunct professor for Harding University College of Education.


Dennis Felton, Jr.

State Director, Premier High Schools & Office of School Innovation & Expansion, Responsive Education Solutions-Arkansas

Dennis currently serves as the State Director of Premier High Schools and State Director of School Innovation & Expansion at Responsive Education Solutions. He holds a M.P.A. degree from Arkansas State University and M.S.E. certificate in educational leadership from Henderson State University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Arkansas in the Ph.D. public policy program with specialization in K-12 education policy.


Jennifer Garner

Academic Coach, AP teacher, Lakeside School District (Garland)

Jennifer currently teaches AP Language, AP Seminar, and AP Research at Lakeside High School where she also serves as an academic coach in literacy. She received her B.A. at the University of Arkansas (1989), her M.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (2008), and is finishing her Ed.S. at Arkansas State University.


Kelecia N. Glover

Principal, Mabelvale Elementary School, Little Rock School District

Kelecia currently serves as principal of Mabelvale Elementary School. She holds an Ed.S. in educational leadership from the University of Central Arkansas.


Kristen Gordon

Principal, Oaklawn Visual and Performing Arts Magnet School, Hot Springs School District

Kristen currently serves as the principal of Oaklawn Visual and Performing Arts Magnet School (transitioning to Main Street Visual and Performing Arts Magnet School). She holds an M.S.E. in educational leadership from Arkansas State University.


Lori Griffin

Principal, Ballman Elementary, Fort Smith Public Schools

Lori currently serves as the principal of Ballman Elementary. She holds an M.S.E. in educational leadership from Arkansas Tech University and is an AR Master Principal. She currently serves on the AHECB and the SREB Board.


Kimberly Grimes

Elementary Principal, Prescott School District

Kimberly currently serves as the elementary principal for the Prescott School District. She holds a B.S.E. in early childhood education and M.S.E. in educational leadership from Southern Arkansas University. She also holds National Board Certification.


Susan Jobe

G.U.I.D.E. for Life Specialist, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education

Susan currently serves as the G.U.I.D.E. for Life Specialist in the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education. She holds an M.S.E. in curriculum and instruction from Arkansas State University.


Susan Kissire

Superintendent, Bismarck School District

Susan currently serves as the superintendent of Bismarck School District. She served as the district curriculum coordinator for one year before becoming superintendent 11 years ago. She received her B.S. from UA Little Rock, her M.S. in school leadership, management, and administration from UCA, a M.S. in curriculum administration from HSU, and her Ed.S. at Henderson State University.


Cody Lambert

Junior High Assistant Principal, Lakeside School District (Garland)

Cody is currently an eighth grade science teacher at Lakeside High School, and next year will serve as an assistant principal at the Lakeside School District in Hot Springs. He received his B.S.E. at Arkansas Tech (2011) and his M.S.E. from Arkansas State (2019).


Darin Landry

Principal, Lakeside High School, Lakeside School District (Garland)

Darin currently serves as the high school principal of Lakeside High School. He holds an M.S.E. in educational leadership from Henderson State University.


Lisa Madden

Assistant LEA Supervisor, Speech Pathologist, Prescott School District

Lisa currently serves as the Assistant LEA Supervisor and Speech Pathologist for the Prescott School District. She will be the LEA Supervisor for the upcoming school year. Lisa holds a B.A. in communication disorders from Harding University and an M.S. in speech language pathology from UCA. She is currently pursuing a Director of Special Education certificate from ASU.


Lesley Nelms

Assistant Principal, Hamburg High School, Hamburg School District

Lesley currently serves as an assistant principal at Hamburg High School. She holds an M.S.E. in educational leadership from Arkansas State University.


Keri Rathbun

Principal, Northside High School, Fort Smith Public Schools

Keri currently serves as the principal of Northside High School. She holds an Ed.D. in educational leadership from Arkansas Tech University.


Josh Ray

Principal, East Pointe Elementary, Greenwood School District

Josh currently serves as the principal of East Pointe Elementary. He holds an Ed.D. from the University of Arkansas.


Amy Sanchez

Principal, Camden Fairview Intermediate School, Camden Fairview School District

Amy currently serves as principal of Camden Fairview Intermediate School. She holds an Ed.S. from Henderson University.


Faith Short

Assistant Principal, East Pointe Elementary, Greenwood School District

Faith currently serves as the assistant principal of East Pointe Elementary. She holds a M.S.E. from Arkansas State University in educational leadership.


Michael Stacks

Assistant Superintendent, Quitman School District

Michael currently serves as the assistant superintendent and co-principal at Quitman. He holds an Ed.S. degree from the University of Central Arkansas.


Sarah Stobaugh

Principal, Morrilton Intermediate School, South Conway County School District

Sarah Stobaugh has 15 years experience in education. She holds a master's degree in both curriculum administration and educational leadership. She currently serves as the principal at Morrilton Intermediate School in the South Conway County School District.


Julie Wallace

Principal, Quitman School District

Julie currently serves as the co-principal at Quitman Public Schools. She holds an Ed.S. degree from the University of Central Arkansas.


Kim Wright

State Director for Stakeholder Communication/Family and Community Engagement, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, Arkansas Department of Education

Kim Wright currently serves as State Director for Stakeholder Communication/Family and Community Engagement at DESE. She received her B.S.E at Arkansas Tech and her M.S.E. in early childhood education at University of Arkansas. She has previously served as a teacher, curriculum coach, adjunct professor at UAFS, educational consultant, and ADE School Improvement Specialist.
