About the Conference

The ADE Summit is an annual professional development conference hosted by the Arkansas Department of Education. Attendees include school and district administrators, counselors, teachers, and support staff. Typical attendance at the Summit reaches 1,800 participants. The event will be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center at 134 Convention Blvd, Hot Springs, AR 71901.

Exhibitor Application

Applications are now open. Prospective exhibitors are asked to complete the online application no later than March 15. Applications will be reviewed, and once accepted, the exhibitor will receive an email with registration and payment information.

Pricing Options

Each booth will include:

• 8 ft high backdrape, 3 ft high side drapes, one 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, Exhibitor ID sign
• Two tickets to ADE Summit (Additional tickets can be purchased for $100 as needed)
• Company name will be included in the Exhibitor Directory on Sched
• Booth restrictions are listed at the bottom of this page
