About the Conference

The ADE Summit is an annual professional development conference hosted by the Arkansas Department of Education. Attendees include school and district administrators, counselors, teachers, and support staff. Typical attendance at the Summit reaches 1,800 participants. Pricing Options

Each booth will include:

• 8 ft high backdrape, 3 ft high side drapes, one 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, Exhibitor ID sign
• Two tickets to ADE Summit (Additional tickets can be purchased for $50 as needed)
• Company name will be included in the Exhibitor Directory on Sched
• Booth restrictions are listed at the bottom of this page

Each presentation will include:

• One 30-minute session presented by the exhibitor (cannot be a sales pitch)
• Presentation space will include large tv to show slides and 25 seats for attendees
• Session topics and times will be included in conference schedule

Exhibitor presentation time slots are limited, and will be first-come, first-served.

Exhibitor Application

Applications will open in January. Prospective exhibitors are asked to complete the online application no later than March 1. All applications are subject to approval. Applications will be reviewed and once approved, the exhibitor will receive an email with registration and payment information.
