Because of Arkansas LEARNS, parental empowerment is thriving across the state. At Cornerstone Christian Academy in Tillar, the growth and change are overwhelmingly positive for teachers, students, and their families.

Monica Daniels, Administrator: "LEARNS and Education Freedom Accounts have empowered parents to do what they feel is best for their children."

Amy King, Parent: "LEARNS has provided us the opportunity, financially, to be here. Without LEARNS, we would not have even been able to enroll and be a part of this school."

Daniels: "Each child is different. Each child is unique. And we believe they are designed uniquely perfect. And if CCA, if a parent feels that that is the best environment for their child to reach their fullest potential, we welcome them with open arms. We're excited that they've chosen us. If they feel another school district is best for their child, then that's great, too. But just to have that opportunity, that freedom, that America stands for, is just exciting."

Brandi Hunt, Parent: "She decided to make the change this year, and I'm glad that she did, because it has been wonderful."

Kylie Hunt, Student: "It benefitted me a lot. I've noticed things have changed in me, like I'm not the same person that I was at my old school than what I am here. My grades have been wonderful than what they usually would have been. And I'm proud of myself."

Daniels: "We've seen an excitement among our student body to welcome new students. We've gotten about 40 new students. And so there's just been an excitement overall."

Knox Puryear, Student: "We get to learn, and we get to have fun and make friends, and we get to learn about God."

Daniels: "That has been exciting for parents to have the option to choose the Christian environment that we offer. And then, again, the excitement of the smaller classroom size, and the more one-on-one, and the growth that they had seen in just four weeks of being here. That was exciting to me as well."

Brandi Hunt: "If it wasn't for LEARNS, she might not actually have had the chance to go to school here. So I'm thankful for the LEARNS because it gave her a chance and opportunity to do something different."
