    Program Questions

    • How can I be reimbursed for purchases made in the past?
You can submit reimbursement requests for eligible expenses through the ClassWallet portal. Watch a video on how to submit reimbursements here. Watch a video on how to submit reimbursements via mobile here. Purchases must meet EFA program guidelines, and you will need to upload proof of purchase, including:
      • Purchase date
      • Vendor name
      • Line item description, including the cost of the purchased items
    • How long before reimbursement funds are deposited into my bank account?
Reimbursement funds are typically deposited within 14 business days of the request, but at the beginning of the quarter, this timeline could be longer.
    • What is the total funding amount for the 2025-2026 school year?
We have finalized EFA funding amounts for 2025-2026 to help you plan for the upcoming year. These amounts represent the net amount to the student after transaction fees, so families can spend 100% of this amount next year:
      • Non-succeed students - $6,864 total; $1,716 quarterly
      • Succeed students - $7,627 total; $1,906.75 quarterly
    • How do I pay my school tuition?
To pay your private or micro school, the first step is linking to them in ClassWallet. Here is a ClassWallet article giving you step-by-step instructions on initiating that link with your private school or micro school: Linking to a School in ClassWallet. Your school will be able to invoice you inside the ClassWallet system once you are linked to them.
