Below is a list of the pertinent Arkansas Acts related to the Home School process in the state. Full documents of these Acts can be found on the Arkansas General Assembly website. 2017 Acts
- Act 592 of 2017 – Concerning the Participation of Home-Schooled Students in Interscholastic Activities in a Public School
- Act 635 of 2017 – Amending Provisions of the Arkansas Code Concerning Home Schools
- Act 863 of 2017 – Concerning the Enrollment or Re-enrollment of a Home-Schooled Student in a Public School
2019 Acts
- Act 429 of 2019 – Prohibiting a Public School from Charging a Home School Student for an Endorsed Concurrent Enrollment Course Unless the Public School Student is Charged
- Act 430 of 2019 – Requiring a Public School to Allow a Private School or Home School Student to Enroll in an Academic Course
- Act 617 of 2019 – Amending the Law Concerning the Requirements for a Driver’s License of Instruction Permit (Notarized Notice of Intent No Longer Required)
- Act 656 of 2019 - Concerning the Participation of Home-Schooled Students in Interscholastic Activities at Private Schools
