Census data is supplied by U.S. Department of Education from the U.S. Census Bureau. This data contains both census population and census poverty data. The census datasets also include counts for students in delinquent and neglected facilities by district. State Enrollment and Poverty Data

Student enrollment and poverty data are reported in eSchool during Cycle 2. The ADE federal funding unit uses the count of direct certification students with the federal multiplier to calculate poverty counts.
