With this free talent matching service, HR teams get their principals access to a pool of qualified teacher candidates. Each week, participating schools receive a curated shortlist of qualified teachers whose job search preferences are a match for their school. This is a great way to empower your school leaders to get in front of more candidates, especially for their harder-to-staff roles.

HIRE: Applicant Tracking System
To make hiring even easier, districts and HR teams also have access to a free applicant tracking system (ATS) that integrates seamlessly with the state job board, providing AR teachers a seamless "quick apply" experience.
