Fiscal Monitoring
It is each state’s responsibility to monitor the activities of sub-recipients as necessary to ensure Federal awards are used for authorized purposes in compliance with laws, regulations, and the provisions of contracts or grant agreements and that performance goals are achieved. The following documents are utilized in the Special Education (SPED) fiscal monitoring process.
