School aged individuals who have been incarcerated in an adult correctional unit have the right to continue their special education services up to age 21 if they have not previously received a high school diploma.  ADC is monitored by the state’s special education monitoring team.

 

 

DYS has and education system for students who have been adjudicated to the DYS programs within the DYS education system.  DYS provides special education services and is monitored by the state’s special education monitoring team.
