The human development center located at Conway is licensed by Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).  It is the only DDS licensed human development center that serves school aged students. Students are parentally placed or placed by Division of Human Services (DHS).  CHDC provides special education services and is monitored by the state’s special education monitoring team.
