World Languages

Proficiency in a second language provides cognitive, social, and professional benefits.  In an increasingly connected world, it is becoming evermore important to be able to communicate with speakers of other languages.  Arkansas has standards in place to help students from elementary school through high school work toward proficiency in a language other than English.
