Curriculum Support

Curriculum Support, a part of the Office of Learning Services, supports the Arkansas Department of Education vision of “transforming Arkansas to lead the nation in student-focused education.” Curriculum Support is comprised of multiple areas, including Literacy and STEM.

Various teams in Curriculum Support oversee standards and course development, professional development, state-funded specialists, and other state-level support structures surrounding education and policy in respective content areas.

Course Catalog

2024- 2025 SY ADE Course Catalog

This catalog is available in PDF for download and use in schools/districts to highlight courses available for students. If there is a need to identify the courses used in a school/district by highlighting, it is possible to achieve this with the steps below.

1. Open the catalog in Acrobat.
2. Click and drag the cursor to select the text to highlight. A small toolbox will appear above the text.
3. Select the highlighter tool icon and it will automatically highlight the selected text.

If a school/district prefers to remove courses in the catalog that are not offered by the school/district, please use the steps below.

1. Open the catalog in Acrobat.
2. Click on the Edit PDF tool on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Select a text block and make changes in the PDF or erase words using a keyboard.
4. Erase entire text blocks by clicking Delete when the block is highlighted.
